Windsor Place is a skilled nursing center. Professional nursing care is our primary goal. Our staff focuses on each resident’s quality of life as well as their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Residents have the security of 24-hour licensed nurses and certified staff available for their needs. Many times a family desires a temporary placement for a few hours or a weekend. Windsor Place offers day care and respite care.

Home Again Program

The Home Again Program is primarily funded by Medicare benefits and is for short-term stays, lasting typically 30-120 days. It combines 24-hour skilled nursing care with necessary rehabilitation to help patients function at their highest level following illness, injury or surgery. We offer on-site occupational, physical and speech therapy services by licensed therapists. The goal of the Home Again program is to return patients to their home or assisted living environments.
